CHELSEA v BRENTFORD – Click here to bet
Chelsea are 10th on the log having taken 7 points from the last 9 they have played for. They drew 2-2 at home to Arsenal last time out and they have only won 1 of 5 home matches this season.
Brentford are 14th on the log and got a much needed victory 3-0 at home to Burnley last time out, their first win in 6 matches. They have taken 1 win and 1 draw in 4 starts on the road this season.
Brentford won this fixture 2-0 last season and the sides drew 0-0 at Brentford.
Chelsea should be too strong here, but I think it is going to be a close match and I am going to back them to win by exactly 1 goal.
Suggested Bet: Handicap, Chelsea -1 the draw at 27/10

ARSENAL v SHEFFIELD UNITED – Click here to bet
Arsenal are currently 3rd on the log with 6 wins and 3 draws in their 9 matches. They drew 2-2 away at Chelsea last time out and their last home game was a 1-0 win against Manchester City. Arsenal were in Champions League action away to Sevilla in midweek, winning 2-1.
Sheffield United are bottom of the log with just 1 point from their opening 9 matches. They lost their last 5 games in a row including going down 2-1 at home to Manchester United last time out. On the road this season Sheffield United have lost 4 from 4 and have scored 3 goals while conceding 9.
Arsenal are 1/7 for the win here and this is likely to be a one-sided game. I don’t want to get too involved and I am going to go for a correct score pick.
Suggested Bet: Correct Score, 4-0 at 7/1
BOURNEMOUTH v BURNLEY – Click here to bet
Bournemouth are currently 19th on the log and they face Burnley sitting 1 point and 1 position above them. Bournemouth have yet to win a match this season with 3 draws and 6 defeats and they have lost their last 4 games on the trot including going down 2-1 at home to Wolves last time out. Bournemouth have only scored 6 goals in 9 matches this season.
Burnley have won 1 game from their opening 9 fixtures and they lost 3-0 away to Brentford last time out. Their only win this season came on the road 2-1 against Luton three starts back.
Bournemouth are the 3/20 favourites to win the game with Burnley on offer at 23/10. The draw looks a lively runner at 26/10, but for me I am going to go over 2.5 goals, a bet which would have arrived in Bournemouth’s last 4 games and in Burnley’s last 3.
Suggested Bet: Over 2.5 goals at 8/10
WOLVES v NEWCASTLE – Click here to bet
Wolves are currently 12th on the log and they are undefeated in their last 4 matches. They beat Bournemouth 2-1 on the road last time out and their last 6 matches have seen both teams find the back of the net.
Newcastle are 6th on the log and they have won 4 and drawn 1 of their last 5 fixtures. They were too strong for Palace last time out winning 4-0 at home. Their last away game was a 2-2 draw at West Ham and they have only won 1 out of 4 matches on the road this season.
These sides played to a 1-1 draw in this fixture last season with Newcastle winning the reverse fixture 2-1.
Wolves are the 7/2 underdogs for this fixture with Newcastle trading at 15/20 and the draw at 3/1. I had mentioned that both teams had found the back of the net in Wolves last 6 fixtures in the EPL and this bet would have also arrived in 7 of the last 8 head-to-head meetings between the sides.
Suggested Bet: Both teams to score, YES, at 15/20
